This is a modified version of my own workbench screen which I've drawn all over to give a more 3D like appearence.  I've included 2 images one 2D and a second image which is redrawn 3D version.

The first image is a normal 2D image of the workbench which is pretty much a screen grab from my own workbench.

This is the second 3D enhanced version.  As you see, I've added drop shadows just about everywhere and modified a few of the gadgets but the 3D effect becomes a lot more effective when you start moving things around.  If windowsNT can move windows around in real time I'm sure a PPC Amiga can do the same to windows with drop shadows.
